EasyDrive Plan Types
Warranty Plan
Covers manufacturing defects relating to mechanical and/or electrical component failures.
EasyDrive Service Plan
All your manufacturer-specified scheduled service requirements, including parts and labour costs.
EasyDrive Maintenance Plan
Warranty + Service Plan + any wear-and-tear items (excluding tyres) that need to be replaced, as well as Roadside Assistance.

Warranty Plans
Paint Warranty
The paintwork on your Volkswagen is covered against manufacturing defects for a period of three years, provided the vehicle is cared for in compliance with the operating instructions.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All Volkswagen passenger vehicles come with a 3-year warranty protecting against the failure of most mechanical and electrical components due to manufacturing defects (the Amarok comes with an extended term).
Body Protection Warranty
The internal body sections and panels of your Volkswagen are covered against rusting through from the inside for a period of 12 years, provided the vehicle is cared for in compliance with the operating instructions.
Standard Warranty, Service & Maintenance Plans for Commercial Vehicles
Service Plan Extensions — max 15 years / 300 000 km. Maintenance Plan Extensions — max 15 years / 300 000 km. Crafter Extensions — max 15 years / 400 000 km.
